i was born and raised in a small town, grew up in a family that celebrated gatherings and home cooked meals. my mother an excellent cook, instilled in me the importance of using fresh, local ingredients and the joy of sharing good food with others. inspired by these early experiences, i took my first steps into the culinary school after high school.
